What is the PR Form?

The PR Form (Production Report) is a monthly filing requirement by the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) for all oil and gas operators. It reports production volumes, dispositions, and associated data for each lease and well.

Key Components:

  • Production Data: Oil, gas, condensate volumes by lease
  • Disposition Codes: How production was handled (sold, used, flared, etc.)
  • Balance Requirements: Production must equal dispositions
  • Timing: Due by the 15th of the following month
